Hello, this auction is for a nice Early-1900’s “W” or “E” Series Strip Card #10, featuring JOHNNY KILBANE. Who was a Featherweight Champion during his career.“W” Series Strip cards (or “E” Series Strip cards) were issued in “strips” of10 cards, usually, and often contained cards from various sports on the same strip.Strip cards were issued from the 1890’s to the 1930’s and collectors generally cut the strips up into individual cards to collect them. Please check the scan and satisfy yourself as to the centering and condition.
This is an off-grade card, but scarce none the less.
S&H is $2.00, add 50¢ for each additional group of up to 5 single cards. S&H on larger cards will be quoted on a case by case basis, $2.50 and up. S&H for Team Sets is $2.50, add 35¢ for each additional set. Insurance is optional unless the package value is $25.00 or more, at which point insurance WILL be added.
