Any middle grade card may or may not have a crease. But unless creases are specifically mentioned, there will be NO creases. If the card is middle grade, it WILL be specified as such.

S&H on larger cards will be quoted on a case by case basis, $2.50 and up.
S&H for Team Sets is $2.50, add 35¢ for each additional set.
Insurance is optional unless the package value is $25.00 or more, at which point insurance WILL be added.
