Hello, this auction is for a very nice 1982 ArtCraft FDC (First Day Cover) of NORTH DAKOTA from the “State Birds & Flowers Series”. This envelope was cancelled on the “First Day of Issue” in Washington, DC. PLEASE VISIT MY STORE HERE ON QUICKLYSELL.COM TO VIEW OTHER ITEMS FOR SALE.

S&H is $1.50 for the first one and 25˘ for each additional one. Insurance optional unless package value is $25.00 or greater, at which point Insurance WILL be added. Not responsible for uninsured packages lost or damaged in the mail. Placing a bid on this auction constitutes your acceptance of all terms and conditions listed herein.

Payment due within 7 days of auction close. High bidder can pay by check (must clear), money order or PayPal (but only if package value is $5.00 or greater before S&H is added). Cash sent is done so at your own risk.
